Scott Morris


Scott “Scooter” Morris currently serves as President of BluEco Technology Group, a revolutionary eco-friendly company (  BluEco has introduced a proprietary new technology that can produce large quantities of pure water from the indoor air while significantly reducing energy consumption in facilities and venues across the globe.

Over the last 25 years, Scott has served in numerous executive positions and emergency management leadership roles including Director of FEMA for Florida, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Emergency Preparedness and Response Directorate of the Department of Homeland Security, Executive Vice President of Global Business Development, and Marketing Director for the world’s largest eBusiness applications software company.

Scott was honored with a selection to serve as a Fellow at the Robert J. Dole Institute of Politics at the University of Kansas.  He has also been a guest lecturer at the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health.

Scott is a native of Emporia, Kansas and a proud Jayhawk.  He lives in the Orlando, Florida area with his wife and their two boys.

Rich Smith, PGA


Rich Smith, PGA has been active in all areas of the golf business since 1985 and is an avid supporter of Folds of Honor since inception in 2007. Smith served as the second Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the North Florida Section, PGA of America, the PGA’s fourth largest Section, from 2007-2017. Currently Smith is the Founder and CEO of both Cloud Ten Marketing Group, LLC and Next Cloud, LLC. Smith also is the Owner and Chairman of two Florida Golf Clubs, Charlotte Harbor National Golf Club and The Golf Links of Charlotte Harbor. Smith and his wife Ellen reside in Sarasota County, Florida with their three sons, Jake, Ben, and Zach.
